My name is Roxana and since childhood, I have been drawn to everything creative and artistic, but my journey with painting only began in 2019. That was the first time I came into contact with acrylic paints. In 2023, I painted my first oil painting. It was love at first sight.
Today I know that painting is a part of me and I am inspired by what is not obvious - the light on the wall, an accidental color, a fleeting mood. It is from such moments that my paintings are born. Painting has changed the way I see the world.
Over the years, I have learned to look more closely, to notice more colors, nuances, and small details.
Every painting requires focus and patience, which is why oil painting is the closest to my heart. It cannot be rushed.
Between layers, I allow the painting to mature, and during that time I think about how to further guide the color, light, and mood. It is a process that gives me peace, and I hope that this can be felt in my works.
