3. After finalizing and accepting the details of your order, please pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price to reserve your spot in the calendar.

4. Once the painting is finished, I will send you photos of your artwork for approval, and then the artwork will be sent to you. I can ship it via courier, but you can also pick it up personally in Wrocław.

TECHNIQUE
Creating each portrait takes several weeks, and for larger and more complex paintings, it can even take several months. Make sure to contact me well in advance.
REMEMBER
The price lists you will find below present the standard and most popular portrait formats (bust on a plain background).
They serve as a starting point for creating your dream, unique painting. Each painting is an individual masterpiece, so I am open to unconventional commissions, different themes, shapes, and large formats.
The final pricing of your painting occurs after discussing all the details.
I paint each portrait on a noble, stable, linen canvas. I use only durable oil paints that allow me to bring out the depth and saturation of colors.
Each layer of the painting needs time to dry, which ensures resistance to the passage of time and fading.
General notice regarding international shipments:
Please note that any shipments sent outside the borders of Poland may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other administrative feesimposed by the destination country.
The Client (Orderer) is always responsible for the payment of these fees.We have no influence over the amount of these fees and are not liable for them. Please contact your local customs or postal office for detailed information before placing your order.
Special notice regarding shipments to the United States:
As of August 29, 2025,shipments to the United States may be subject to customs fees or import taxes,regardless of the order value.These costs are to be borne by the buyer in accordance with the applicable US regulations.
The remaining 50% of the amount is payable after the work is completed, upon sending a photo of the finished portrait for your final approval.
International shipping (Europe and the World) is always chargeable. The cost is determined individually after an inquiry based on the destination country and the dimensions of the artwork.
Important: the cost of oversized or international shipping is added to the final amount and provided for approval at the stage of individual order valuation.
Order fulfillment and scheduling an appointment in the calendar occur after the acceptance of the individual quote and the payment of a deposit of 50% of the value of the painting.
The posting of the deposit in the account is equivalent to the confirmation and acceptance of the terms of the order (including the fulfillment date).
Due to the nobility of oil painting technique, which requires drying time and patience, the waiting time for:
Smaller and medium formats from 4 weeks to 3 months
Larger and more complex projects up to 6 months
Remember that the time counts from the moment I start painting, not from the moment of submission. After sending the contact form, I will get in touch with you and provide an estimated start date for the order based on the current waiting list.
The presented price lists are for reference only and pertain to standard portraits (busts on a smooth, uniform background).
The pricing for detailed projects (multiple figures, elaborate backgrounds, unusual formats, master copies) is determined individually. I would be happy to discuss your vision and prepare a personalized offer.
